My livejournal and email were hacked: I am most terribly sorry if you followed any links given.

I am now back in control, thanks to several of my friends leaping to my aid. Thanks everyone for your patience!

Yeah, the timing makes me suspect deliberate malice, which sucketh enormously, but so it goes.

But you have now removed any old e-mail addresses associated with your account? Or did the hackers actually find a different way in?

When some other people got hacked last year, I removed all old email addresses associated with my account.

They hacked into my current email account and deleted all the emails in it.
