'We Interrupt Your Regular Programs For An Announcement'

I mostly post this as I was asked to post a reminder of the podcast I'm doing, so here you guys go! Today at 11 PM my time, and 6 PM EST:

YA and Urban Fantasy -- Crossing generations and genres with NYT Bestselling authors Melissa Marr (Wicked Lovely) and Cassandra Clare (The Mortal Instruments series), along with Fangs Fur and Fey YA authors Janni Lee Simner (Bones of Faerie), Jennifer Lynn Barnes (Golden), Carrie Jones (Need), and Sarah Rees Brennan (The Demon's Lexicon). Discussion moderated by Eos Executive Editor, Diana Gill.

There's a call-in number to call in and ask questions: (347) 826-9684. Call this number to listen from your phone and ask questions live during the 'cast.
We're going to be talking about writing from different points of view, magical creatures, and how we use folklore and literature in our own books, among other things! And for the last half hour we will take questions and stuff. So I'm nervous, but I shall be ably supported by intelligent and amusing types, and it should be fun.

Other news, since I am newsing about the place! On the subject of advance readers' copies, I officially know nothing. Nothing at all. But if I did know something, I would watch marmalade_fish. Like a hawk. Really exciting things may potentially happen there. That's all I'm saying.

Sometimes I feel like if I were a spy for my country, I'd be thrown in prison before I even got to bat my eyelashes and steal even one state secret from an elderly and besotted duke.

Also on the subject of advance readers' copies, some reviewers have them. The above-mentioned Jennifer Lynn Barnes seems to like the book, hurrah! And I have a German review! I stared at it for some time, hoping a super power would kick in and I would suddenly be fluent in all languages. Then I went to translate it online, and they liked it too!

Talk to some of you at the podcast tonight, maybe. ;) And remember... marmalade_fish... slinks away into the night dressed in black. Like a ninja.

Edited to Add: Podcast is now up at the link: many writers being intelligent and charming, me warbling strangely about killer unicorns and country music.
